A few things to keep in mind before you start… The minimum order size is 24 square feet. Vector art is preferred, but not necessary.

We will supply helpful submission guidelines for your art.

Send your design.

Then, hold tight as we sort out the best production methods and do the math for a quote. We will factor in all your desired features in order to provide an accurate estimate.

Note: there is no set square foot pricing.

We’ll make a rendering.

Once the art and costs are approved, we will make a graph for your review. This will be used to order a strikeoff, refine details, or begin final production.

A strikeoff is a small sample of your rug to test colors, materials, technique, and design scale.

Production begins!

A down payment of 50% is required before final production gets underway. We will communicate with you throughout various production stages to keep you up to date with progress.
